And here I was doing crazy sewing things. This is so easy I facepalmed for not thinking of it.
Three wool colorways I bought recently.
I spend my money on wool. XD
But they are all so prettyyy
EDIT: Wax seals tutorial and jewelry to go a long with my ragehaus reblog of how to make a sealing wax stamp here. If you know how to make polymer clay molds (here is a good tutorial by stone brash creative) you can easily do these jewelry pieces above. My polymer secret weapon (I use it for so many things) is wax (not the liquid) Rub ‘N Buff here (also at Michaels) - you rub it on with your fingers to highlight just what you want to.
If you follow me you may know I love wax seals. So when I saw these at Honestly…WTF I somehow felt vindicated. Top Left From Honestly…WTF here : Pyrrha Talismans are cast from authentic 19th century wax seals and each design has a symbolic meaning taken from family heraldry.

So I went and a little overboard yesterday and indulged in some new fibres. The bumps are 50gm Merino, and had no names, so I named them myself. I’ll post detailed posts as I work with each fibre.
I may have to make a blend, though, because the angora has a very short staple, 1-2 inches, and the bamboo is very slippery.
omg what if
what if I put them on the ends of stuff as like, tassel toppers
that would be so cuteeeeieoejiofjsaiodjfioasjdfioj
Hjjdfhjdfh Yes. Yes that would be amazing. Oh god I wanna see that so bad. You gotta do it, Kaz, you gotta. You have the justification of having a purpose for them.
THESE BEADS ARE SO PRETTY I’M JUST
LITERALLY GOING TO DIE
these are handmade lampwork glass beads and they come in pairs or sets of 6 and they’re probably all too big for my knitting stuff (I love putting glass beads on my knitting) but ODIFJSDIOF I WANT THEM ANYWAY
FIND SOMETHING TO DO WITH THEM
These are gorgeous! I want to get into lampwork, and I just love the matt look etching gives to the glass and jhghjfgh.
For some ideas you could either bracelet them;
Or if you wanted to do something knitty with them you could maybe use them to make stitch markers;
FINALLY done binding off this shawl. I’ll block this tonight but I’m not sure where to do it, we don’t have many carpeted floors and I have no foam block things haha
my my Hexe what a fetching colour for you
for those of you who don’t know, this is how wrinkly and lumpy knitting like this looks like before you soak it and then stretch it (that’s what blocking is). it’ll get bigger and flatter by tomorrow :>
I knit this for my mom. pattern found here http://www.ravelry.com/patterns/library/agatha-2
Kitty! Cute! Knitting! Shawl!
So relevant to my interests it hurts.
Also yes, blocking fixes everything.
